- Preferably 3-4 years of experience in consulting (specifically as a Product Owner) or similar field where candidate developed skills in product management as well as Scrum and/or project management practices.
- 4-year degree in business administration, information management, or similar field
- Loves the challenge of driving teams towards a common goal, with little direction or oversight
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Proven success in an Agile ecosystem

What You'll Bring to the Table:
The salary range for this position considers multiple factors influencing compensation decisions, such as skillset, previous experience, certifications, and various business & organizational requirements. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances. Currently, the base salary range is estimated to be between [$80,000 and $130,000].
