    About the Role

    We are looking for a Regional Financial Manager, FP&A who will play a key role in supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis team through the forecasting and budgeting process, as well as maintaining, reviewing, and forecasting capital expenditure budgets.

    What You Will Do

    Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis

    • Collaborate closely with the regional leadership team and business leaders to develop and provide financial metrics, data, analysis, and insights
    • Generate monthly and quarterly Capex performance reports, present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on CAPEX requests, prepare analyses against initial budgets, calculate return of investment (NPV impact), and create cashflow forecasts. Prepare cost analysis and support project managers in budget approval
    • Produce regular cost reports, highlighting key findings and trends for project team review
    • Utilize systems and tools to maintain and monitor CAPEX budgets and spending
    • Interface with department owners to identify variances between actual results and budgets, and prepare forecasts with risk and opportunity identification
    • Collaborate with the accounting team during the closing process to analyze actual results and report on actual vs. budget and KPIs
    • Work closely with IT teams to develop reporting from ERP systems, challenge processes, and provide recommendations for enhancements
    • Analyze and interpret data to question forecasts and conduct comparative analyses
    • Conduct detailed analysis as needed for operational and strategic initiatives

    What You Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or business analytics (preferred)
    • Proficiency in software and systems, with experience in SAP and WBS functionality considered a plus
    • Experience in financial analytics and data modeling
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & Outlook)
    • Experience with FP&A software platforms and Excel Power Query
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, and manage workload efficiently

    Occasional domestic and international travel may be required

    Work Environment

    The work environment is mainly an automated manufacturing plant with temperature variations, moderate noise, and forklift traffic. The individual should perform essential functions consistently and safely in various settings.
