- Directs the strategy of the organization's contract administration function.
- Collaborates with legal team to ensure the preparation of proposals, negotiation processes, and contract administration follow company policies and adhere to legal requirements.
- Develops, prepares, revises, and administers contracts, bids, and proposals that meet specifications and comply with all policies and regulations.
- Oversees the negotiation and administration of the organization's contracts.
- Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Develops policies and processes that govern the contract administration staff and provide guidance on contract terms and the assessment of contract proposals.
- Utilizes expert knowledge of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations to lead and develop strategies for negotiation of complex or high-value contracts to meet business objectives.
- Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of relevent educatiion &/or experience
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant degree
