Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team.

As an
Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician, you'll be at the forefront of patient care.

Your role involves providing consultation to primary care and behavioral health staff, guiding treatment options for patients with behavioral health disorders.

Additionally, you'll directly deliver clinical services and supervise other behavioral health professionals. Working closely with the patient's primary care treatment team, you'll address the psychological aspects of their care.


What You'll Do:


  • Attend primary care treatment team meetings, fostering seamless communication between behavioral health and primary care.
  • Support each primary care team by offering valuable behavioral health insights on patients.
  • Participate in daily staff "huddles," contributing to a cohesive work environment.
  • Provide integrated behavioral health consultation, brief therapy, and diagnostic evaluation to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Supervise other behavioral health staff, including Community Health Workers, as needed.
  • Engage in staff training related to motivational interviewing and behavioral management of complex medical and psychologically impacted patients.
  • Complete comprehensive records for each patient visit in the health record.
  • Demonstrate your commitment to integrated health care by attending oral health department meetings quarterly.

Qualifications:


  • Doctorate in clinical psychology or Master's in Clinical Social Work.
  • Current independent license in MA (e.g., Clinical/Counseling Psychologist, LICSW).
  • At least two years of experience in health psychology.
  • Bilingual/multilingual and bicultural/multicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
