Your tasks:
Purchasing of goods, inventory, special procurement, and general services Participation in central purchasing topics: regulatory requirements, risk and supplier management, process optimization (CIP), contract management, purchasing strategies (digital purchasing)

Your responsibilities include the entire purchasing process, taking into account supply security, as well as optimizing overall costs You coordinate tenders and, in collaboration with the department, select suppliers based on independently conducted evaluations You initiate all necessary steps from awarding contracts to handling any complaints You actively manage risks and suppliers and conduct strategically important negotiation processes You create reports and carry out cost control Your skills:

Completed commercial training or business administration degree, as well as several years of practical experience in the mentioned purchasing topics Proven expertise in relevant product categories and extensive knowledge of contract law, contract negotiations, and data protection High level of service and results orientation Independent, strategic, and analytical way of working Confident and convincing appearance, as well as strong communication skills High team spirit, creativity, and willingness to take on new tasks We as an employer We - the WWK Insurance Group - are one of the most traditional and innovative companies in the German insurance industry.
