Responsibilities:

Taking responsibility for our IT governance, risk, and compliance
Developing into a subject matter expert
Developing topics and proactively anchoring and driving them in the IT leadership team
Ensuring IT compliance in close coordination with higherlevel compliance units and continuously developing it
Managing relevant IT risks, including regular updates
Being the point of contact for all audit questions (internal/external) related to IT
General tasks in the CIO office

Qualifications:

Completed studies in business informatics, law combined with IT, compliance management, or similar
Alternatively, you have several years of relevant work experience in IT governance
You have knowledge of relevant frameworks/processes (ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, ITGRC, IKS) or are willing to deepen your knowledge and apply it appropriately to our company
First experience in an auditing firm (PWC, EY, etc.) or in an audit team is an advantage
You have experience or can handle regulators (FINMA, BAG, data protection authorities, etc.)
Pragmatic approach and good communication skills for building a network
