For this reason, we are looking for a Junior City Launcher Intern to support our newly opened office in Berlin. You will join the team in Germany as one of the first employees and report directly to the Country Manager.

About the Role

Strategy, Sales & Marketing

Support the Country Manager in making Batmaid the leading cleaning service provider in Berlin and throughout Germany

Participate in defining the market entry strategy for the country and contribute to the implementation of the plan

Collaborate cross-functionally with the HQ marketing team to initiate creative local marketing strategies, growth campaigns, and brand awareness

Build the business from the ground up and act as office manager

Develop and scale our sales
