Description
Ability to read and interpret plumbing diagrams and layout

  • Analyze, plan and perform preventive maintenance of Plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to plumbing systems.
  • Ability to repair/sweat copper pipes and/or galvanized with proper dieelectric transitions if necessary
  • Maintain maintenance records as required.
  • Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repairs.
  • The ability to order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Adhere to all work safety policies, procedures and governing requirements.
  • Perform additional duties which may be required by supervisor
  • Perform drain cleaning and unclogging services.
  • Install or assemble plumbing fixtures.
