- Flexible schedule
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care activities, observations, and vital signs.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Support a clean and organized environment, including resident rooms, common areas, and dining spaces, to promote safety and comfort.
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of NC.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably within a senior living or independent living facility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and care provision.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
