    Amazon Web Services (AWS) is at the forefront of computing and is in search of skilled professionals for an exciting role as US Enterprise Partner Sales Leader for Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Transport, and Travel & Hospitality.

    As the Enterprise Partner Sales Leader for the mentioned sectors, your primary responsibilities involve shaping the AWS vision, devising strategies, and guiding the team to implement plans that align with partner and sales targets.

    A solid comprehension of the industry segments is crucial for this role.

    You will establish and nurture business and technical relationships with partners, sales teams, and customers, overseeing interactions across various AWS departments to identify and advance partner opportunities that bring value to customers and drive revenue growth.

    Driving revenue growth and promoting AWS adoption in Enterprise market segments through partner engagement is a key part of your role.

    The ideal candidate should have both a business background to engage at the CXO level and a partner sales background to effectively interact with enterprise customers and sales representatives.

    You should demonstrate strategic thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions.



    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Take a holistic view of the Partner Landscape across Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Transport, and Travel & Hospitality segments in the Enterprise sector.
    • Advise customers and commercial sales teams on partnering strategies and recommend qualified partners to meet customer needs.
    • Advocate for customers by communicating partner and enterprise customer feedback to relevant teams within AWS.
    • Expand AWS's presence in existing accounts and acquire new customers with partners to boost overall revenue focusing on business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with various AWS teams to assist partners and customers in learning and utilizing AWS platform services.
    • Manage business operations efficiently through effective pipeline and opportunity management to provide valuable insights influencing internal decisions.
    • Lead a team of Partner Sales Managers, drive Area strategy, and ensure seamless integration across teams to deliver quality customer solutions.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience in AWS World Wide Commercial Sales and Partner Sales organization
    • Over 15 years of enterprise sales and business development experience with Industry Expertise
    • More than 5 years of direct sales and partner leadership experience
    • Proven track record of surpassing quotas and key performance metrics
    • Engagement with partners (Consulting, Channel, ISV) driving significant business outcomes
    • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Background in the enterprise software industry
    • History of exceeding revenue quotas and driving customer adoption via indirect sales channels
    • Success with disruptive technologies and business models
    • Experience in leading versatile organizations and multicultural teams across borders
    • Meets/exceeds Amazon's requirements for this role in functional and technical depth
