- Cleans and returns vacant dirty rooms to a clean status. Cleaning includes: light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows and window coverings, floors and carpets, changing linens and replenishing amenities.
- Stay over service to be completed for all rooms daily.
- Keep cart stocked and organized.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and with laundry as needed.
- Communicate maintenance needs.
- Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Report any guest complaints to a supervisor immediately.
- The timely report of and return of lost and found items for processing.
- Follow all key control procedures.
- Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
- Able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
- Previous Hotel / Cleaning experience preferred.
