Job Summary:

Hiley Hyundai of Burleson is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Burleson, Texas.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience at our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome to the dealership.
Consult with customers to gather information about their vehicle and service needs.
Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with customers on the status of their vehicle.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and keep customers informed of any changes.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the customer's experience.
Communicate effectively with the service technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
Keep track of all repair orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Handle customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized service area to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Good understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
