Position Summary
Reybold is a Property Management and Construction company that is actively seeking a Yardi Adminstrator.

This unique role requires an experienced administrator with solid professional experience able to administer Reybold's Yardi software platform, serve as our CRM Site Manager, and Chat IQ Administrator while overseeing user access, security settings, and system configurations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support and training to Yardi users, troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, and assisting with softwarerelated tasks as needed.
  • Customizing Yardi configurations to align with business requirements, including setting up new modules, workflows, Payscan, reports, and data fields.
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within the Yardi system, performing regular audits, data validation checks, and data imports/exports as necessary.
  • Coordinating and overseeing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities, working closely with IT teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Managing integrations between Yardi and other systems or platforms, troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing data flow between systems.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve system efficiency, and enhance user experience within Yardi, implementing best practices and recommending system enhancements as needed.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Yardi configurations, processes, and procedures, and provide training to users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Staying informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to real estate management software, ensuring Yardi configurations and processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, acting as a representative of the company's Yardi.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism,
  • Proactively identifying issues and challenges that may arise and take appropriate action to resolve them efficiently, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Supporting executives in various special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Some college or technical training strongly preferred
  • Yardi setup and implementation experience is required

Competencies

  • Yardi proficiency
  • Strong software proficiency including MS Office
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Ability to be discreet

Physical Demands
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or drive from area to area


Work Environment
Generally, the office is quiet, devoid of loud noises or noise from machines
