Meadow Oaks is seeking a Treasury Specialist (m/w/d) to support the financial independence of companies within the Schwarz Group.

The Finance Department of Schwarz Dienstleistung is responsible for coordinating financial planning and managing a diverse portfolio of financing, investments, and financial derivatives.

In addition to negotiating financing, the department also oversees bank relationships, provides targeted financial market communication, manages financial market risks, and conducts financial controlling.

As a Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting interest, currency, and investment management for companies within the Schwarz Group.

Your tasks will include analyzing financial risks, monitoring and evaluating financial markets, negotiating and executing hedging transactions, advising local companies and internal departments, and actively communicating with German and international financial partners.

You will also contribute to the optimization and digitalization of treasury processes and participate in the development of treasury projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in corporate treasury or related finance areas, as well as a degree in economics with a focus on finance or a banking apprenticeship with additional qualifications (e.g. bank specialist/bank business administrator).

You should also have a good understanding of financial markets and instruments, an analytical and independent work style, strong goal orientation, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
