Position Overview The Solutions Architect role at Cupcake Home Improvements is crucial and transcends traditional roofing sales.

This role is about understanding and fulfilling homeowner needs with precision and care, ensuring every client interaction contributes to a lasting relationship.

Our Solutions Architects are expert advisors, educators, and advocates for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Consultative Sales: Engage with homeowners to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that go beyond the standard sales pitch.
  • Educational Engagement: Empower homeowners with knowledge, helping them understand the benefits and processes of our services, and making informed decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster lasting relationships with clients, turning satisfied customers into loyal promoters of our brand.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and production teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to project completion.
