Twin Lakes is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us. We are currently seeking candidates for a one to two-week student internship (w/m/d) in Frankfurt (Main) to gain experience in the following transportation-related apprenticeship:
Train Driver - Railway Operations Specialist - Specialization in Train Driving/Transport
  • During your internship, you will experience how our trains are operated and ensure safe and punctual transportation
  • You will also learn about train composition and shunting, as well as how colleagues identify and resolve vehicle malfunctions
  • You will become familiar with the regulations and operating rules of a train driver
  • In our train simulator, you can demonstrate your skills
  • You will also visit the ICE workshop in Griesheim to learn about train maintenance
  • This internship is only available during the specified time period
Your Profile:
  • You will complete your secondary education within the next two years
  • You are at least 14 years old
  • You are reliable, responsible, punctual, and a team player
  • You are highly motivated and interested in gaining insight into the DB and the profession of train driver
