We are looking for you to join the Civil Engineering Department of the state capital Stuttgart. The position is permanent.
The Civil Engineering Department, with its approximately 1000 dedicated employees, is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the technical infrastructure of the state capital.
With tailor-made IT services, we support the work of our colleagues and drive digitalization for the benefit of the citizens of our city.
The basis for this includes our specialized applications and service management tools. Join our great team and actively shape the digitalization of the state capital.Your main tasks:
Application support as well as configuration and optimization, with a focus on Atlassian platforms Jira and Confluence
Development and implementation of workflows, automations and integrations in Jira and Confluence according to the requirements of users and customers
Execution of upgrades, patches and other maintenance work, as well as knowledge management and documentation
Planning and support of software rollouts
Support of the service desk and problem management
Participation in the optimization of IT service management
Your profile:
Completed degree or training in the field of IT or another qualifying course of study (for foreign degrees, proof of recognition in Germany is required)
Knowledge of Windows clients and Windows servers, as well as application support
Knowledge in the area of license servers, e.g. Flexera FlexNet
