Description

Position:
Systems Admin/Engineer

Location:
Richmond, VA

Contract Duration: 12+ Months contract

Job Requirements:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS. Perform system administration duties including OS patching, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of OSrelated issues.
  • Strong experience building Ansible playbooks and automating system administration tasks.

Top Skills:

  • Experience with all facets of RedHat Linux RHEL7-RHEL9 OS administration.
  • Proven experience in automating system administration tasks using Ansible playbooks using best practices.

Additional Skills (helpful but not required):

  • SAN attached storage and VMware
  • Red Hat Satellite

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems helpful but not required.

Working knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as 2 years' experience in server/storage technology

  • RHEL Operating System administration
  • Ansible Automation Platform or Ansible Tower

Pay Range:
$50- $54 Hourly
