Description:

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist
Analyzing and evaluating software packaging requirements.
Supporting the evaluation and documentation of GPO solutions for software packages.
Assisting with the implementation of Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) processes for software packages.
Developing / testing software packages using the following packaging software: Flexera Admin Studio and performing Microsoft Software Installer (MSI) packaging and repackaging (MS ORCA).
Participating in the client software life cycle.
Monitoring and updating software products in the patch management system.
Implementing and optimizing packaging and quality assurance policies.
Scripting routines using PowerShell.
Assisting with the handover of software packages from projects to operations.
Supporting the implementation of release management processes.
Knowledge transfer / training of internal employees.
Supporting quality assurance measures for packages and clients according to specifications.
Performing MS App-V sequencing / packaging for additional packages.
Analyzing and resolving conflicts in packages.
Writing and reviewing quality management or operational documents.
Conducting quality assurance measures based on test case lists.

The person deployed for the service must have in-depth knowledge acquired through at least four years of professional experience in the following areas of an enterprise environment:
