We are looking for a
Technology Employee - Manufacturing Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on manufacturing technology to join our team in full-time at our location in Newark.

Your challenges:

Ensuring and coordinating technical and technological processes with the goal of supporting the manufacturing department in achieving its goals (output, productivity, machine utilization, quality, etc.) and securing the timely introduction of new products and processes.

The Technology department creates all necessary manufacturing documents, designs necessary fixtures, and develops solutions for continuous improvement and further development of manufacturing processes.

Your tasks:

Creation of technological manufacturing documents
Design of fixtures, testing equipment, and tools for the entire manufacturing department
Operational support for the manufacturing departments
Coordination with design/development for technical and technological issues
Support in qualifying employees in the manufacturing areas for new methods or processes
Continuous improvement of all machines, equipment, fixtures, and processes, especially with regards to machine availability, process reliability, and quality
