Responsibilities:


  • You will support the sales manager in product marketing (delivery programs, labels, sales materials including price lists, external representation)
  • You will create facade color designs using the application software "Farbeplus"
  • You will organize and participate in trade fairs, conferences, sales meetings and employee training
  • You will plan and coordinate appointments and prepare for them
  • You will support the application technology in formulating written painting recommendations
  • You will be responsible for maintaining technical data sheets in the field of building paints in collaboration with the laboratory departments
  • You will independently create presentations, statistics and reports
  • You will relieve the sales manager of all administrative and organizational processes, including travel planning and expense reports

Requirements:


  • You have experience as a sales assistant, ideally in the paint and coatings industry
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have strong communication skills, are flexible, innovative, resilient and a team player
  • You work carefully and in a structured manner, act in a serviceoriented manner and have organizational skills
  • You have high motivation and aboveaverage commitment to achieve optimal results in collaboration with the sales management and relevant interfaces
