Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.

  • Develop financial products for customers via risk management using features and options from Sugar #11 and #16 markets, as well as SNIMM index.
  • Propose adjustments to the strategy as time passes and market conditions change regarding the original plan
  • Generate reports(daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) on the status of coverages and their results. USDA report managementreexport.
  • Stay informed about relevant information in the sugar market(prices, volumes, news, etc.)
And inform the team for timely informed decision making.

  • Prepare for the FINRA, Series
  • Develop and execute hedging strategies to maximize margin price, quota and lower cost for the company.
  • Develop new suppliers of raw and refined sugars from Mexico and other sources for distribution with end customers.
  • Responsible for strategy and execution of world market quota sales.
  • US Internal market and supply chain analysis and price discovery.
  • Research and Development for potential customers based on our current production capabilities.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics,Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Evidence of academic excellence

Computer Skills

  • Computer proficiency Microsoft Office 365 suite

Compensation Range:
$25.00-$45.00


In addition to a competitive salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: vacation time, sick time, bereavement leave, paid holidays and medical benefits and 401(k) savings plan.


Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what we anticipate to pay for this position, based on internal equity and budget.
