HR SPECIALIST / HR BUSINESS PARTNER M/F/D

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

First point of contact for managers and employees in your HR support area
Implementation of personnel processes and measures, such as preparation and support of employee discussions, contract and compensation management, etc.
Independent filling of open positions in collaboration with departments
Preparation of management reports and evaluations
Independent management of HR projects and initiatives
