YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personnel and deployment planning
  • Maintaining existing customers and acquiring new ones
  • Providing professional guidance and supervision to employees
  • Organizing and implementing orders
  • Conducting quality control
  • Being responsible for the results of the department

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Expertise according to §34a GewO or higher qualification (IHK certified security officer / plant security specialist or equivalent)
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Sense of responsibility and experience in personnel management
  • Analytical skills and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Office programs
  • Clean criminal record
  • Driver's license
