• We are seeking a friendly, reliable, detail oriented, energetic individual who will be first point of contact for patients.
• In this role you will be handling the daytoday administrative operations while also making a lasting impression on our patients and team.
• Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, taking payments, running reports, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
• Other responsibilities include:
• Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
• Using EMR system to maintain accurate data for verifications, authorizations and billing.
• Processing Medical Records requests.
• Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
• Assisting in monitoring and ordering stationery and clinical supplies.
• Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
• Experience making and maintaining patient schedules
• Ability to selfmotivate with the drive to exceed patient expectations
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while consistently maintaining a positive attitude
• At least 1 year administrative/office experience in medical field
• Strong oral and written skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
• Previous experience with EMR preferred.
