Lindlar, we are looking for a full-time
Call Center Agent for Customer Service (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Active telephone customer support and maintaining contact with a fixed customer base
  • Order acceptance and processing
  • Independent planning, appointment management, and documentation
  • Communication with all persons involved in customer care
  • Maintenance of master data

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training with a medical background or comparable qualification, career changers are also welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Service and customer orientation
  • Enjoyment of telephone customer support
