    Overview:
    Our client, a well know general contractor, is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team.

    The ideal candidate should have experience with Multi-family/Mixed-Use communities and/or Hotel Construction and will be responsible for developing and directing all activities to complete profitable projects on time.

    This is a long-term, direct hire role with our client located in the Portland Metro area.

    Responsibilities:
    Partner with Superintendent to keep project on schedule and a positive job margin through project completion.
    Oversee project team in collaboration with project superintendent.
    Manage long term relationships with Clients, Architects, and Subcontractors.
    Review estimates and manage budget.

    Make sure that contracts are adhered to and responsible for developing and direction all activities to complete profitable projects on time.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree (Architectural, Construction Management, Engineering, and/or business) or equivalent experience, required.
    10+ years Project Management experience Multi-family/Mixed-Use communities and/or Hotel Construction, required.
    Effective leadership style and management of a professional environment, required.
    Ability to prioritize and multi-task while delivering reports and leading meetings.

    Outstanding organization to be able to maintain sub lists, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, insurance, material procurement, logistics, as-builts, complete submittals and closeout required.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience collaborating with staff on all levels.
    Excels in advanced thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
