Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or have completed licensure in Mental Health Counseling.
- Possess a vibrant, peopleoriented demeanor coupled with an entrepreneurial drive to contribute to the practice's expansion.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in cultivating a specialized area within neurofeedback, targeting populations such as children with neurodiversity, individuals recovering from trauma, those dealing with addictions, people experiencing anxiety, and patients in recovery from head injuries.
- Willingness to network.
Job Tasks - Includes But Not Limited To:
- Seeing clients in-office who would like neurofeedback training sessions. Includes assessments, check-ins, and other mental health recommendations when appropriate.
- Calls with prospective neurofeedback clients for inoffice or rentals across east coast.
- Managing neurofeedback home programs includes equipment oversight, shipping, coaching clients remotely.
- Team meetings once a month; regular chats over Slack.
- Networking and helping grow our referrals for neurofeedback.
- Willingness to build the Holistic Healthy Brain (neurofeedback for neurodivergent kids/individuals) possibly includes becoming an Certified ADHD coach, or developing expertise about neurodivergent childrens' needs and supports.
