Compensation & Benefits
~ On Target Earnings:
$85,000-175,000 plus a $5,000 signing bonus
~ Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
~2 weeks PTO

Responsibilities
Servicing customer homes within the Charleston metro area
Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices
Common Job types include:
Disassemble and clean HVAC systems
Performing routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units
Certify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local laws
Communicating with customers and vendors
Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Residential HVAC experience
EPA Certification
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Requirements
~2 years of HVAC experience (commercial or residential)
~ Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
~ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, Rotating On-Call Shifts
