We are currently seeking two full-time Area Managers (m/f/d) for our nursing service at Shiprock, NM:

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning of staff deployment in collaboration with team leaders
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Monitoring and approval of work schedules and vacation planning
  • Employee development support (training)
  • Implementation of new processes and improvements
  • Regular review of documentation in the entire work area
  • Structured interdisciplinary collaboration, e.g. with the medical service
  • Close cooperation with the nursing management in all matters related to service processes, staff deployment, and employee management
  • Presence and participation in assigned areas
  • Administration of the work schedule program

Your qualifications:

  • Completed threeyear training in a nursing profession
  • Completed degree in health, nursing, or hospital management or another leadership qualification, or willingness to participate in a corresponding qualification program
  • Persuasiveness, diplomatic skills, and eloquence
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and empathy for employees
  • Leadership or management experience
