Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for customers
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and inventory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system
- Identify and report patterns or trends in customer complaints or issues
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
