    This is a second shift area manager position to drive team excellence for a janitorial and maintenance company located in Knoxville.     work hours: 4 PM - 1 AM

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for personnel transactions including hiring, training, supervising and promotions or dismissals when necessary
    • Team will perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, area manager is responsible for covering for any employee shortages or call outs
    • Manage and schedule team for various facilities
    • Perform quality visits and walk through activities to ensure customer satisfaction
