    Community Support Team (CST) Lead - Wake County

    $1,500 sign-on bonus

    As our Team Lead, you will be in charge of ensuring smooth CST services, providing optimal care to clients, and maintaining service consistency with defined standards. This role involves staff management and development, direct client care/clinical tasks, and administrative oversight of program-specific responsibilities.

    This position is community-based in Wake County - providing mileage reimbursement.

    Schedule

    Flexible daytime hours up to 40 hours per week.

    (Conduct weekly team meetings, once per week)

    Salary

    Provisional licensure starts at around $52,000 per annum.

    Full licensure starts at around $54,000 per year.

    *$1,500 sign-on bonus

    We are excited to provide an additional benefit of Clinical Supervision Reimbursement, offering monthly reimbursement of up to $200 (full-time) or $100 (part-time) to qualifying associate level clinicians for a maximum of 2 years or until licensure completion, depending on which comes first. Eligible licenses include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC.


    Responsibilities of a Community Support Team Lead

    • Supervise team members, ensuring model fidelity through direct observation and evaluation
    • Oversee documentation follow-up by supervisees
    • Lead weekly CST meetings and provide at least monthly individual supervision
    • Complete service authorizations
    • Establish relationships with a targeted provider list and relevant community organizations
    • Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, or case management to clients on the caseload
    • Coordinate treatment plan development, revisions, updates, and reviews
    • Offer on-call crisis support and conduct client assessments and evaluations, both in the community and office-based settings

    Qualifications of a Community Support Team Lead

    Education and Experience

    • Master's degree in a Human Services field
    • Meets requirements for QP status

    Certifications

    • Full or provisional clinical licensure (LCAS/A, LCSW/A, LCMHC/A)

    *Expected to achieve full licensure (provisionally licensed upon hire) within 2 years of starting

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Understanding of addiction nature, withdrawal symptoms, and identification of alcohol and drug addiction signs
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration in a diverse community
    • Familiarity with DSM 5 for diagnostic and treatment purposes
    • Proficiency in systems theory, counseling theories, and substance abuse treatment
    • Strong writing skills
    • Ability to promote a cooperative work environment, collaborate in a team, and work independently
    • Proactively seek out clients through internal and external outreach when caseload does not meet billable expectations
