    We're Hiring: Behavior Technician/RBT at Hope

    Hope is a leading provider of clinical, educational, and therapeutic services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. At Hope, our dedicated team of professionals offers a wide range of therapy services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Language Therapy, autism screenings, and diagnostic evaluations for children with ASD and developmental disabilities.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our team of experts to make a difference in the lives of these children.

    • Starting salary: $16 per hour.

    Behavior Technician Essential Duties:

    • Provide direct support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA principles.
    • Communicate effectively with families on the child's progress.
    • Work collaboratively to track session data and help clients achieve their goals.
    • Participate in planning and organizing clinic-based group activities.
    • Exemplify professionalism in appearance and behavior.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Age requirement: 18 years or older.
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Clear background check.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in psychology, education, or related fields.
    • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
    • Passion for working with children.
    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is a plus.
