    Responsibilities:

    • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in our clinical environment
    • Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan, utilizing data collection software.
    • Provide hands-on, direct care while following the principles of ABA
    • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
    • Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
    • Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
    • Attend meetings, training, and workshops to acquire further knowledge

    Ideal candidates:

    • Passionate about working with children with autism and have a growth mindset for themselves and the children they work with
    • Believe in the value of teamwork and understand how it affects both you and the clients
    • Kind, compassionate, and have a desire to learn
    • Able to work around both younger and older clients
    • Have a passion and desire to explore ABA
    • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required) or a bachelor's degree in psychology or related field (preferred but not required)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Successful background clearance and reference checks
    • Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disorders and/or delays
    • Ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations with clients
    • Desire to learn more about autism and how to help our clients
    • Reliable means of transportation
    • Ability to stand and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift the weight of up to 50 pounds
    • Current and valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
    • Current RBTs encouraged to apply
