    Job Description

    We are seeking a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, field management, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and execute all aspects of our construction projects from planning/bid to implementation
    • Proactively allocate resources for project execution
    • Lead and onsite personnel for maximum project efficiency
    • Partner with the operations team to ensure compliance and execution
    • Manage foreman to ensure that materials and labor are keeping to budget and are in line with agreed contract details
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    • Communicate and coordinate with contractors
    • Maintain the highest standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
    • Understand and execute construction plans and scope of work
    • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously by providing technical guidance for field personnel
    • Experience with irrigation systems, hardscape installation, horticulture knowledge including plant material and landscape material
    • Expert time management and communication skills. Spanish speaking is huge plus

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields, preferably 3 years
    • Familiarity with construction management software
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
