You will be responsible for project management of challenging construction projects for public and private clients according to the performance profile "project control/project management" of the AHO specialist commission
You will advise and support the client and coordinate, lead and accompany various project participants
You will control and monitor quality, costs and deadlines throughout the project from needs planning or basic investigation to commissioning

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or a comparable field and have in-depth knowledge and ideally professional experience in construction project management based on the performance profile "project control/project management" of the AHO specialist commission
You have experience in managing complex construction projects in building construction and/or civil engineering and have an interest or already have experience in future-oriented topics such as BIM, e-procurement, climate-neutral construction and life cycle engineering
You have good knowledge of current procurement, construction and planning law (HOAI, AHO, VOB, GWB, VgV, UVgO) as well as good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project management software such as cost and schedule tracking software)
You are confident, proactive, have good communication skills and are willing to contribute and develop your knowledge and skills within a team. You
