  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of an expert team for the hardware development of power electronics
  • You will play a key role in the further development of the power electronics strategy of the Reinhausen Group within the framework of the Power Electronics Technology Center
  • You will develop product development strategies (selecting project teams, determining cooperation partners, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for project management in the development of new technologies and products until they reach series production
  • You will ensure compliance with delivery quality, costs, and project timelines, as well as initiate countermeasures in case of deviations
  • You will be responsible for managing and further developing the power electronics laboratory
What do we expect from you?
  • You have a degree in electrical engineering with a solid knowledge of power electronics
  • You have several years of professional experience in hardware development in the field of power electronics, as well as leadership experience
  • You have experience in managing complex international projects
