The Team Member works directly with guests providing courteous, friendly and professional assistance to ensure an overall positive guest experience.
Team Member roles may include Court Monitor, Greeter, Sales Associate, Party Host and/or Food Prep and are assigned based upon Team Member skills and the scheduled needs of the Sky Zone Park.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attend regularly scheduled team meetings and training sessions
- Perform daily general maintenance/custodial duties
- Communicate and enforce Park rules, policies and procedures
- Educate guests on all products, programs and promos available
- Greet all guests and checkin party/event guests
- Serve party/event guests
- Assist with court inspections
- Understand emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
- Complete sales transactions
- Handle guest concession orders and food preparation for concessions, parties and/or events
- Stock inventory
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Must be able to interact and communicate well with people of all ages
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to develop a rapport with guests
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints
- Ability to identify and sell best value to guests
