Description
The Hotel Maintenance Engineer is responsible for executing tactical aspects of the company's preventive maintenance strategy.


Job Duties:


  • Conducting maintenance travel path and planning and prioritizing preventive maintenance, and routine maintenance issues within the hotel. Partner with Area Facilities team where issues require additional support.
  • Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system, and conduct basic cleaning functions. (Will receive training by company on basic and routine inspections for HVAC systems at the store level.)
  • Cross train when needed to support the Area Facilities Team in other duties.
