Job Summary:
Duties
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Prepare detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, materials, labor costs, and project timeline
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of estimates
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Familiarity with cost control techniques and strategies
