This position is a highly customer interfacing role which requires above average customer service and professionalism

Responsibilities:


  • Meet arriving aircraft and guide passengers to the appropriate terminal entrances
  • Control passenger movements on the tarmac and in secured areas
  • Assist passengers as they board and deboard terminal buses to ensure accurate travel destinations
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and personnel on the ramp
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and airline personnel

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in inclement weather (Personal Protective Equipment will be supplied when working in inclement weather)
  • Required to stand for extended periods of time

Full-Time position

$19 per hour
