As a Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space, back of house areas, and Fire/Life Safety systems.
  • Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair nonfunctioning machinery and/or equipment
  • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
  • Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs
  • Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
  • This is for a full time schedule that requires the availability to work 8 hour shifts, with the availability to work weekends and holidays. Availability to work evening shifts as well as day time is highly preferred.
  • Technical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Prior experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar commercial properties.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, fire safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in shifts and handle emergencies.
