Job Summary:
What You'll Do:
- Provide counseling and case management services, including, but not limited to, individual and group counseling, to clients based on a philosophy of empowerment for Spanishspeaking clients.
- Provide information, referrals, and education to other professionals and to the general public.
- Provide advocacy for clients at court, welfare, and with other community agencies.
- Complete and maintain agency forms and documentation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Knowledge of community resources, especially the legal system in Mercer County.
- Completion of agency 60 hours of domestic violence and sexual assault training in the first year of employment or certificate of completion from another agency.
- Fluency in Speaking and Writing in Spanish
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
