GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The case manager is who provides a client service-based approach to businesses that require visa service for their employees. The case manager will have primary responsibility for working on immigration petitions, extensions, and others.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate on behalf of clients with State Workforce Agencies, Department of Labor, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services;
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files on company's proprietary platform;
  • Performs advanced case work with limited attorney supervision;
  • Serves as a main point of contact for specific clients and regularly communicates regarding procedural and case processing issues;
  • Maintains consistent lines of communication with other team members to ensure questions are answered and tasks are completed;
  • And other tasks as requested/needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education_

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Requirement_

  • 12 years of experience in immigration law
  • Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with employmentbased immigration (including H2A, H2B petitions and E-B3 PERM filings) is a plus.

  • Superior organizational and time management skills including meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Teamwork capacity to include the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the department and the organization in general
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies and procedures

BENEFITS

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5 days of personal time off (eligible upon successful completion of ninety (90) day assessment from date of hire.
  • 10 vacation days (eligible after 1 year of continuous employment)

Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
