**Lapels Dry Cleaning is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps


Job Responsibilities - Front:


  • Provide warm, engaging interaction with customers
  • Provide clear descriptions of Lapels services and processes to customers
  • Check in customer orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaning
  • Solve customer problems as needed
  • Communicate problems, record issues, keep accurate records
  • Process customer payments and discounts
  • Perform standard opening and closing duties
  • Keep store clean and tidy

Job Responsibilities - Back:


  • Inspect finished garments per Lapels quality control requirements
  • Assemble finished garments to order slot
  • Bag completed orders
  • Register and place bagged orders alphabetically

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Dry Cleaning experience is considered an asset
  • Must have a flexible schedule
  • Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of têxtiles and garments is helpful
