**Lapels Dry Cleaning is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service RepsJob Responsibilities - Front:
- Provide warm, engaging interaction with customers
- Provide clear descriptions of Lapels services and processes to customers
- Check in customer orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaning
- Solve customer problems as needed
- Communicate problems, record issues, keep accurate records
- Process customer payments and discounts
- Perform standard opening and closing duties
- Keep store clean and tidy
Job Responsibilities - Back:
- Inspect finished garments per Lapels quality control requirements
- Assemble finished garments to order slot
- Bag completed orders
- Register and place bagged orders alphabetically
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Dry Cleaning experience is considered an asset
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of têxtiles and garments is helpful
