Your role as a Cook

As a Full Time Cook at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing nourishing meals to our residents and guests. Following established policies and procedures, you will prepare and present food under sanitary conditions to ensure the well-being of those we serve. Your dedication to upholding high standards of food safety and quality will contribute to creating a welcoming and satisfying dining experience for all. To excel as a Full Time Cook at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates should possess a strong foundation in culinary skills and techniques. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with two to three years of cooking experience. The possession of a Serve Safe Certification is highly preferred to ensure a thorough understanding of food safety protocols.

Experience working with older adults with modified diets is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to meeting specific dietary needs and preferences. Proficiency in adapting recipes and menus to cater to various dietary requirements is essential for success in this role. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certificate/License: Serve Safe Certification highly preferred
