Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Pastries, Cakes, Cookies, Ice cream etc.

Must have Culinary experience. Culinary degree is required.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries & desserts according to recipes and quality standards
Decorate pastries using various techniques to create visually appealing presentations
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes and menu items
Assist with inventory management and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably as a Pastry Cook or similar role
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Proficiency in various pastry techniques such as baking, decorating, and plating
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of pastries for service
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
Culinary degree or certification is required

Skills:
