    Job Description

    Pedi CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist

    • Full-time position; 11 am - 11 pm (days varied)
    • Call duty required
    • CST and BLS certifications necessary
    • 2+ years of CV experience (Adult or Pediatric) preferred

    This role is based at Children's Memorial Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education: Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program
    • Licenses/Certifications: Certified in Basic Life Support and current Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
    • Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

    • New Graduates
    • Surg Tech I = 1 year
    • Surg Tech II = 2-4 years
    • Surg Tech III = 5+ years
