Our client, located in Mission Woods, KS, is a leader in the field of new mobility and specializes in developing processes and products for more efficient charging of electronic vehicles.

As the number of electronic vehicles offered by various manufacturers continues to grow, there is a rising demand for sophisticated solutions in eMobility.

We are currently seeking talented individuals (M/F/d) to join our customer service team and assist with answering incoming questions about our concept and subscription options.

As a customer solutions representative, you will be responsible for answering a variety of questions, including:

  • How much does it cost / How does it work?
  • How can I find a charging station that is available?
  • I am experiencing issues with the app / unable to start the charging process
  • Fleet managers may have specific requirements or questions regarding invoices
  • How can I integrate the app into my vehicle's telematics system?
  • How can I avoid unreliable charging stations?

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Be able to share knowledge and best practices with customers
  • Have a strong background in digital literacy
  • Be willing to work shifts
  • Be a quick learner
  • Have multicultural awareness
  • Be fluent in English and either Dutch or German.
